Mr. David K. Yatich is the alternate Director to the Principal Secretary; State Department for Irrigation. He is the Secretary Administration at the State Department for Irrigation in the Ministry of Water, Sanitation & Irrigation.

Mr. Yatich is a member of the Strategy, Technical and Business Development  and Finance committees of the Board.
