Leornard Maritim is the Alternate Director to the PS, Ministry of Lands & Physical Planning. He is the Director ICT at State Department for Lands and Physical Planning.

Director Maritim is an accomplished ICT professional with a career spanning more than 18 years. He holds a Master’s degree in data communications from KCA University, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

He brings on board vast expertise and experience in policy development, systems integration, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. He has worked at The Ministry of Energy, Office of Director of Public Prosecution, The National Treasury, State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunications among others and the Government of South Sudan on secondment under the IGAD program.

Further, Director Maritim has undertaken leadership courses such as the Senior Management Course (SMC) and Strategic Leadership Program (SLDP) from the Kenya School of Government.

He is a member of the   Human Resources, Administration and Governance and Strategy, Technical and Business Development Committees of the board.
